Etude House Fresh Lip Tint swatches

Good lip tint! My lips still have a little red tint even though I applied it on at 8am, and now its 5pm hehe so it lasts and looks good. It dries the lips a little but that's expected. Top picture is the pink tint, next picture is red (the colours actually look darker and noticeable then in the photos). Bottom is me wearing mix of pink and red plus Etude lip concealer!!

what the #01 Etude House Cookie Blusher looks like..

Beauty Credit Lovely Powder Matte Pact REVIEW

This is a review of a powder pact by another Korean brand called Beauty Credit. Um.. I had never heard of this brand before, but it's endorsed by Boys Over Flowers lady Goo Hye Sun. They also have a green tea BB cream that I've looked at, but I'm not too sure about what other products they have.

I bought it for around 10AUD from Ebay which is a really good price by the way.
1. Subtle woody oriental scented.
2. Minimal sized particles and evenly coated ingredients maximize the soft and creamy touch.
3. When touched on the skin, it feels as light as air and as soft as silk.
4. Lasting COLOR powder made by 2 step manufacturing technology for strong endurance for sweat, maintaining clean/clear makeup.
5. Vitamin E derivatives keep the skin moisturized.
6. Complete the natural and transparent skin tone!

So the pact that I got is the matte in #21 nude beige, but there is also the moist pact. The nude beige is one of 3 colours, it's the colour in the middle basically but it's even light for my skin! If you look at the swatches, it looks sort of dark but it actually comes out lighter when you apply which I wasn't impressed with.

Packaging is cute!! The powder and the puff is actually separated by this holder, and then to get to the powder you just lift the holder up! It's convenient because then there's less mess with the puff and powder! The powder also has an imprint of the the brand's horse design on it which is cute. The exterior is also pretty cool (why don't our western make-up brands ever make this much effort?).

The pact made my skin smooth and soft. It looked a little cakey but I think that was my BB cream. It was light, but it blended a little with my skin. It kept my skin from getting oily throughout the day and made it look a little brighter and more radiant. What I also liked about this pact was that the powder didn't wipe off when I touched it and it wasn't messy when I applied it. I quite like this product, so I would give this an 8.5/10.

PROS: Convenient, clean and cute packaging, affordable, matte effect (not oily), made skin brighter and radiant, smooth and soft, not too powdery

CONS: A bit cakey, looks too light when applied, container is a bit big

Etude House Pore Erasing Peach Base REVIEW

Bad quality pics =.=

So today I tried the peach base from Etude which is a primer that smells like peaches mmmm! Although it's a make-up base, it can be used by itself but its recommended to use a pact afterwards. It claims to: conceal pores, control facial oil with a light and soft texture to create a silky complexion that glows! The packaging is insanely cute, it comes in a small glass container (the diameter is smaller then my palm!) and comes with a little spatula for scooping!

This product is easy to use. I tested it all over the front of my neck and I only needed a little teeny scoop (as you can see from the 3rd picture). I rubbed it on the back of my hand to warm the primer (in the 2nd photo). As you can see, the small amount is actually a lot; it spreads so well! The texture is smooth but hard, when you rub it in it feels like a cream.

The primer made my skin look whiter and it was also smooth and smelled really nice! I didn't try to test any foundation or BB cream over the top though because I didn't have any time. Throughout the day, my neck still felt pretty smooth but just a bit oily.

It concealed the pores pretty well and made the skin a nice colour so I like this. A little goes a long way each time you use it which I like. For me, this is my first primer so I can't compare it to other products. In fact, I mostly wanted this item just because of the good reviews and cute packaging! I can't stay away from Etude House haha. For a rating I would give this an 9/10.

PROS: Cute packaging (spatula!), good fragrance, smooth, makes skin lighter, conceals pores, only a little bit needed for full application, affordable

CONS: A bit oily, takes a while to apply

Etude House o2 white mask REVIEW

After a long and tiring day, I wanted to refresh my skin especially because of the hot weather - by trying Etude House's O2 White Mask.

This mask is actually supposed to whiten your complexion. You cleanse and pat dry, apply the mask and leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with warm water. It's really good that it's under 5 min because you can do the mask quickly in the morning!

The consistency looks like yogurt, but holds well together - sort of like a hard body butter haha. It doesn't look like a mask at all when you apply it, it's looks as if you half rubbed the product in.

I found that this mask does actually lighten the skin quite well. My skin went lighter a few shades, the skin was more like a gray white then a white white when I washed it off but then my cheeks turned to a pink toned white. Unfortunately it doesn't help with uneven skin tone, so my skin looked really uneven in some places especially in the places that I didn't apply the mask. I took pictures, but the difference wasn't noticeable on camera because it was on my phone -_- For a temporary mask, the results are really good but it's not a mask that will make your skin whiter in the long run. After a while, my skin turned right back to normal. For a rating I would give this a 6/10.

PROS: Lightens the skin well, not time consuming, only a little is needed

CONS: Uneven skin tone, not recommended for really tanned skin, not long term
